Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. TalentSmiths looks for EAs at Stage 2 and above with a track record of supporting demanding principals. The application takes approximately 20 minutes.

Every Circle member completes a psychometric assessment. This is not a filter. It is a tool that helps TalentSmiths match you to the right principal when the right mandate arrives.
