Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. TalentSmiths looks for EAs at Stage 2 and above with a track record of supporting demanding principals. The application takes approximately 20 minutes.
BE ASSESSED
Every Elevate member completes a psychometric assessment. This is not a filter. It is a tool that helps TalentSmiths match you to the right principal when the right mandate arrives.
JOIN ELEVATE
Elevate members receive The Edition, access to off-market mandates, and career benchmarking. You will only be introduced to a principal if you indicate you are open to a conversation.
